Packed Lunches is a flexible, meal plan subscription service that enables you to get gourmet, healthy fresh meals delivered to your door.
Next, choose the date you’d like your prepped food deliveries to start and where you would like your meals delivered.
Choose whether you’d like to pay for your meal plan monthly or weekly and start getting delicious, convenient prepared meals delivered straight to your door.
Finally, tuck into tasty, healthy meals made just for you with the best and freshest ingredients. Spend less time cooking and more time living!
If you were to order 5 meals per week it would cost you on average £99.80 per month (not including delivery). This doesn’t include any subscription discounts, additional meals, breakfasts and snacks.
We use our trusted local supplier to get the majority of our meat and veg. Where possible we use local produce, such as Westcountry beef or seasonal veg. On occasion we have been known to use veg from our allotment, there’s no greater treat than using homegrown produce!
Our meals can be frozen safely.
Absolutely. Flexibility and customer service are our strengths. Just let us know what your choices are before Thursday each week and we’ll update your order.
We deliver twice a week. Our meals are sealed for freshness and last for 7 days from the day they are cooked.
We deliver to the whole of the mainland UK. We use a local courier for Exeter and East Devon (where our kitchen is based) and DPD for the rest of the UK.
We partner with DPD to deliver your meals nationwide. Deliveries typically arrive every Tuesday and Friday from 9am to 5pm. Due to the current conditions, DPD will take leave packages at your door and take a photo, rather than requesting a signature. If you will not be at home during your delivery slot, please let us know where to store the food safely.
Your meals will come to you fully prepared so you just have to heat them up in the microwave. The meals heat up in about 3-4 minutes (depending on your microwave). You can also use the oven for heating. Our meal containers are microwave and oven safe up to 180℃. For microwaving, just pierce the film a few times with a fork before microwaving and peel the film off before eating. If you are heating your meals in an oven, please remove the film before putting the tray in the oven. Ensure your meal is piping hot after reheating to ensure it is thoroughly reheated.
We do not use any artificial or chemical preservatives. We use natural recyclable packaging which is heat sealed and gives each meal a 7 day refrigerated shelf life. You can find a “use by” date on the back of each meal on the nutrition label.
If you’re going on holiday, or just need a break, you can pause your subscription for up to two weeks by visiting your account area. Make sure to inform us of your intention to pause your subscription before the weekly deadline on Wednesdays at 21:00.
We offer three categories of meal size which are weight loss, maintain and muscle gain. Muscle gain is the biggest portion size which is approximately 1.5 x the size of the Maintain meals, featuring extra protein and higher calories. Maintain is a regular size and perfect for those looking to maintain a healthy, balanced diet. Weight loss is a slightly smaller portion, calculated based on a lower calorie diet for gradual and sustainable weight loss.
